  • Why should I choose to do business with you?

Very simply, we buy you time so you can make more money. Most owners-operators get into this business to drive loads and make money, then find themselves bogged down by all the paperwork, regulatory requirements, and negotiations — things that keep you from doing what makes you money. By taking on all the business support activities you would like to offload, our dispatch company allows your business to run efficiently — and for you to take on more loads. In addition, when it comes to negotiating, we aim to get you the best rates for your loads, so you get to put more money in your pocket by benefiting from our dispatch services.

  • How do I get started?

If you want to benefit from our dispatch services for trucks, leave a request by phone, mail, or on the website. Our sales department manager will contact you, and then you will receive the Dispatch-Carrier agreement by mail. Review, fill it up, sign, and send back the agreement along with the Carrier Packet (W9 form, Letter of attorney, Authority Certificate, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and notice of assignment of your factoring company). We are ready to deliver high-quality dispatching services as soon as you are.

  • How can I look at the Carrier-Dispatcher agreement?

    1. Leave us a request on the website.

    2. Request by SMS or phone call at 224-407-2559.

    3. Request by mail at office@dispatchone.us

  • What about Privacy & Confidentiality ?

While providing full dispatch services in your interests, Route One Dispatch, will not at any time or in any manner, directly or indirectly use for the personal benefit or divulge, disclose, or communicate any information that is proprietary to the Client.

  • Is the agreed Dispatch rate permanent?

Route One Dispatch will keep the agreed dispatch rate for 2 years as long as the Dispatch-Carrier agreement is valid.

  • How are you getting paid?

Talking about truck dispatching, we book loads for you, and we are sending you the rate confirmations. We make sure the broker or shipper is rated at least A, B or C with your factoring company. We send you an invoice with the agreed % every Friday for the loads done which are due till next Monday. You never pay for our dispatch services ahead.

  • Isn’t it always easier and cheaper to hire a dispatcher in-house?

Surprisingly, no. If you want to recruit capable and competent talent, you need to develop and undergo a pretty vigorous recruitment process, which takes time and — if you need the services of headhunters — money. Even if you find what you are looking for, you will most likely need to provide office space — yet another expenditure — and in some cases, further training. Meanwhile, as many of our clients have admitted, hiring Route One Dispatch turns out to be more cost-effective than even having one full-time dispatcher. Our industry expertise, networks, and experience make us the best at what we do.

  • Will your dispatch company work with me if I’m new in the business?

Absolutely. We love helping truck drivers and carriers in all stages of their careers. What we look for are keen, hardworking drivers, period. Realistically, if you are a new carrier, it may initially be harder for us to provide full dispatch services and to find you the best loads because most shippers and brokers prefer carriers with MC authorities more than six months to a year old. However, you can rest assured that Route One Dispatch will give it our all so you can make better money in your first year. Once you hit the one-year milestone, access to better rates and loads will be even easier when having our truck dispatching company by your side.

  • Can I choose which dispatch services I want?

Yes. Many of our clients love our comprehensive service package — which includes dispatch, documentation, compliance, and all the business supports a carrier needs — but we also have clients who, say, just want assistance with documentation and paperwork. At Route One Dispatch, we believe our clients should have the freedom to do business as they see fit. After all, no one knows their business better than they do and what our dispatch company can help them with the most. Have any other questions? Please don't hesitate to talk to us. We look forward to helping you grow your trucking business while providing the best dispatch services for trucks.
